Hi, we’re Muktodhara and welcome to the Muktodhara Refund & Cancellation Rules. Because we are a platform, these rules outline what you can expect from us while buying an ebook. They apply to all customers.
The products that muktodhara sell on this platform are ebooks and cannot be “returned”, so your entitlement to a refund is designed with this in mind. Of course, in addition to these rules, each country has its own laws surrounding refunds, and these local laws are not excluded if they apply to you.
The book is “not as described.”
If an ebook is “not as described” if it is materially different from the book description or preview. If the issue can’t be fixed then you would be entitled to a refund.
Refund on Cancellation
If you order a book by mistake, or want to order a different book but instead ordered a different one. Please contact us as early as possible. If the issue can’t be fixed you would be entitled to a refund.
Resolving Issues: Asking Muktodhara to help
If you have any problems regarding buying or refunding or canceling an order, you can raise a dispute and have Muktodhara investigate the matter. We may ask you to provide supporting documentation or evidence. Any refund issued by Muktodhara is entirely discretionary. We will make a decision based on all available information and you agree that our decision is final.
